Collection: Intrepid

Intrepido is an extra virgin olive oil that comes from the skilful union of three varieties: Coratina, Nociara, Olivastro. In the kitchen it lends itself to sophisticated use, both raw and cooked; in particular it goes well with roast meats, legume soups, fish tartare with red meat, delicious bruschetta. It has a predominantly bitter and pleasantly spicy flavour.
