In Puglia, in the heart of the Terra delle Gravine Regional Park, amidst unspoiled nature, the Mazzarrino Farm is born. Sixty hectares of Mediterranean scrubland forest embrace and surround our olive groves, cultivated with respect for Organic Agriculture.

Family Size

The extra virgin olive oils in family-size formats, obtained from olives harvested during the "veraison" stage, offer versatile use, ideal even for cooking. Produced in varieties of light, medium, and intense fruity flavors Delizioso, Biologico, and Intrepido), they are packaged in cans or bag-in-box containers for maximum freshness and convenience.

The Farm

In the Terra delle Gravine Regional Park, in the heart of Puglia, lies the Mazzarrino Farm. Our olive groves, nestled in sixty hectares of Mediterranean vegetation, strictly adhere to the principles of Organic Agriculture.

The roots of Masseria Mazzarrino date back to 1811. Since then, the tradition has been passed down from generation to generation. Giovanni and his wife Dalinda, the third generation of the family, passionately dedicate themselves to every phase of production, maintaining the quality and authenticity of their oil.

Our philosophy has always been focused on olive production, followed by oil extraction, adhering to principles rooted in the ancient traditions of the olive-growing world. We fully respect biodiversity and the environment, preserving natural balances.

At the same time, we are firmly committed to continuously improving the quality and healthiness of our oil. We enthusiastically embrace scientific innovations with the sole aim of producing high-quality, healthy oil, capable of enhancing the flavors of dishes for anyone who wishes to enrich their culinary experien

Flavor and well-being

Immediately after harvesting, the olives are gently milled in our modern, state-of-the- art mill. This process allows us to obtain cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, which preserves not only all the aromas released during crushing but also the antioxidants and vitamin E naturally present in the fruit.

Tradition, innovation, and healthiness: these are the guiding principles that inspire us every day in producing our oils. Well- being begins with the joy of good food.

The marriage between tradition and innovation, between nature and science, is what makes Mazzarrino oil unique.

Premium Selections

Our selections are oils sold in bottles, distinguished by their very early harvest period and the specific characteristics of the soil where the olive trees grow. We diligently select particular olive varieties from lands with precise pedoclimatic characteristics to produce three oils intended exclusively for raw use: a light fruity, a medium intensity, and an intense one, which we respectively call Delizioso ex albis ulivis, CRU Serrapizzuta, and Intrepido particella 201.
