Organic extra virgin olive oil comes from the skilful union of two varieties: Frantoiana and Nocellara. In the kitchen it lends itself to a decidedly versatile use, both raw and cooked. It is recommended for feeding children. It has a harmonious flavor with very light bitter and spicy sensations. Suitable for first courses and salads based on fish, cooked and raw vegetables, white meats and fresh cheeses.
