Delizioso is an extra virgin olive oil, which comes from the skilful union of three varieties: Leccino, Frantoio and Cima di Melfi. In the kitchen it lends itself to a decidedly versatile use, both raw and cooked, in particular salads, fish and white meats. It has a generally sweet flavour.
