Single bottle selections

The Selections are oils that are offered only in bottles and differ in the very early harvest period, but also in the specificity of the land on which the olive grove is located. They are selected particular varieties of olives on plots with certain pedoclimatic characteristics for the production of three oils to be used exclusively raw: a light fruity, a medium and an intense one, respectively the Deliziso ex albis ulivis , the CRU Serrapizzuta and the Intrepido particle 201.
